When the team at Til The Cows Come Home reached out to Unkropped Studio, they had a bold vision:
💡 To celebrate the rehoming of 10,000 animals with a new character-led branding campaign, and to launch their fresh line of plush toys and apparel.

To capture the heart of their mission through powerful, humanised visual storytelling — and to turn a product photoshoot into something much more emotionally engaging.

The Challenge: Beyond Product Photography

This wasn’t your standard ecommerce product launch. Til The Cows Come Home wanted to go beyond traditional product shots. Their plush toy line — starring Pippa the Sheep, Oscar the Cow, and Wiggy the Pig — had personality, and they needed content that would connect with audiences on an emotional level.

They asked us to:

  • Capture a vibrant suite of campaign visuals for use across social, web, and email

  • Create imagery that felt warm, whimsical, and human, aligning with their mission

  • Highlight both the products and the personalities behind them

Our Creative Approach: Character-Led Branding

We knew this campaign had to moo-ve people — so we approached it like character development for a storybook.

Each plush character had their own vibe:

  • Pippa the Sheep: The gentle soul with big dreams

  • Oscar the Cow: The wise and steady leader

  • Wiggy the Pig: The cheeky adventurer with a big heart

To bring them to life, we used:

  • Lifestyle-based setups that mimic the environments these animals might dream of

  • Natural lighting and soft styling to give an approachable, homely feel

  • A colour palette that echoed the brand’s warmth and optimism

We also made sure every image could serve multiple touchpoints: product pages, Instagram Reels, campaign emails, and PR outreach.
